1. Not medical advice

SAINT-TRI Smart provides training plans, educational videos and general recommendations on endurance training, equipment and nutrition. This is information and education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace consultation with a physician, physiotherapist or registered dietitian.

2. See a doctor first

Before starting any SAINT-TRI programme, consult a physician — especially if you are over 40, have been inactive, are pregnant, or have any history of cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory or musculoskeletal conditions. Stop training and seek medical help immediately if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness or other warning signs.

3. Assumption of risk

Triathlon and endurance training involve inherent risks — including overuse injuries, accidents in open water and traffic, equipment failure, heat- and cold-related illness and, in rare cases, serious injury or death. By using the Service you confirm that you understand these risks and voluntarily assume them. You are responsible for training within your abilities, adapting sessions to your condition and environment, and following local laws and safety rules (helmets, open-water safety, traffic rules).

4. Individual results

Training outcomes depend on many individual factors. References to results achieved by our coached athletes (including Kona qualifications and podium finishes) describe real past results of specific athletes and are not a promise that you will achieve similar results.

5. Insurance

We strongly recommend maintaining personal health insurance covering sports activities and, for races and training camps abroad, adequate travel and accident insurance. Race entries are governed by the respective organisers' rules.

6. Equipment and third-party products

Equipment recommendations are general editorial guidance based on our coaching experience. Verify suitability for your own needs; manufacturers' instructions and warranties apply.
